Percussion Ensemble meets in N1002 and N1003 on Tuesdays from 4:30-5:20pm and Thursdays from 3:30-5:20pm. All percussion majors are strongly encouraged to participate in this class every semester, and non-majors are welcome to participate (instructor consent required). Every semester, the WT Percussion Ensemble prepares a concert consisting of works for chamber ensemble and percussion orchestra, ranging from historical works to contemporary repertoire and spanning across a plethora of musical styles. Additionally, graduate percussion majors can coach and conduct the ensemble each semester. The group's recent live performances can be heard on the WTAMU Percussion Studio YouTube channel.

Additionally, the group is active around the nation with previous performances at the American Trombone Workshop in Washington D.C., Texas Music Educators Association Conference in San Antonio, and the Big 12 Trombone Conference in Lubbock. Trombone students are expected to perform alongside the group while non-majors are welcome as well.
